Research Project

China's "Third Party" conception of world order between social democracy and anti-colonialism

The research of Andreas Günter Weis is part of the project “Visions of World Order and Their Carrier Groups”. Within this framework, he investigates global networks and visions of world order of mostly Chinese students in Europe who organized themselves politically within the Zhōngguó Guómíndǎng Línshí Xíngdòng Wěiyuánhuì 中國國民黨臨時行動委員會 ever since 1927. Thus, a main focus lies on Chinese-German transfers of knowledge during the inter-war period.
